WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW PRIOR TO SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
 
  • A $25 deposit is required in order to schedule an in-person consultation or appointment.  The deposit is refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.  The  $25 deposit will be credited towards the scheduled service or retained as a consultation fee should you decide to not have the service performed.  The online booking tool can only be used from a computer and is not compatible with smart phone technology.
  
  •  Cancellations must be made online or by calling 617-425-0009 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
 
  • Do not wear mascara or eyeshadow to your appointment
 
  • Do not wear contact lenses OR bring a case and solution to store them during the service
 
  • Your service could take up to two hours depending on the fullness of your natural lashes
